    Swimmers ages 11 and 12 swim a 50 Freestyle (two laps) and a 25 (one lap) for Breaststroke, Butterfly, and Backstroke. Swimmers may optionally swim a 100 Individual Medley [IM].

    Swimmers ages 13 to 17 swim a 50 of each stroke (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly) and a 100 Individual Medley [IM].

    Mon. and Wed.: Swimmers 11+ from 6 to 7 p.m.

    Tues. and Thurs.: Swimmers 10 & Under from 6 to 7 p.m. 

    Half of the swimmers will be in the pool, and the other half will do dryland activities. Then the groups switch at 6:30 p.m.

    New Swimmer Evaluation for Ages 5 - 8
    Community Swim Club
    Start: 9:30 AM
    End: 10:30 AM

    • Purpose: To ensure that new swimmers ages 5, 6, 7 & 8 can confidently and safely swim a 25-yard freestyle (one lap) within a reasonable timeframe determined by the CSC Coaches.
    • Schedule:
      • Swimmer check-in from 9:20 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
      • Evaluations from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
    • Rules:
      • All new swimmers, ages 5 to 8 (as of June 1, 2021) must complete swimmer evaluation before participating in any practices and meets.
      • All ages 5 to 8 new swimmers will swim 25 yards using the freestyle stroke, and they will be timed and evaluated by the coaches.
    • Who are new swimmers?  
      • Swimmers ages 5 to 8 who have not participated in CSC Swim Team practices and meets previously.

    NHSSL Gold Team Championship Meet

    Pool Parking
    This is a large meet and we will have Ohio Township Police and parking attendants in our lots to help with getting in as many cars as possible. Please follow the signs and attendants instructions carefully while entering our lots. 

    Awards
    Immediately following the meet, trophies for the regular season and the championship meet will be presented. Please encourage all swimmers to remain for this portion of the event. 

    Refreshments
    A large variety of foods and drinks will be available for purchase from arrival until the end of the meet.

    5:45 p.m. - CSC warm-up & meeting for coaches
    6:00 p.m. - Call for first event to seeding area
    6:05 p.m. - National anthem & meet begins
